Mark Reynoso (Class of 2008) accepted a baseball scholarship to NCAA Division I member Coppin State. Reynoso was the 2008 Christian League Most Valuable Player for the Western Christian Lancers while leading Western Christian to their 2nd League Championship in three years. He was also a starter as a Sophomore on the 2006 Lancer squad that won the school’s first ever League Championship.
Upon graduation Reynoso played his freshman year at Citrus College before transferring to Coppin State. Last weekend in a series at the University of New Mexico he went 4 for 8 with two triples off of the #18 nationally ranked Lobos.
