Volunteer to Help with the Auction
The Auction provides many oportunities for students and parents to volunteer to their time. The following are the primary needs where volunteer assistance is most helpful:
Prior to the event:
Coordinating items to be donated
Preparing donation baskets
Setting up decor and facilities
During the event:
Check in
Donation tallies
Check out
After the event:
Decor and facilty tear down
Record management
