Room / Event Décor

• Design
• Purchase within budget
• Decorate Room day of event
• Number the tables (centerpiece) and map the tables – seating chart

Parking Attendants

• Direct traffic evening of event

Greeters

• Recruit and organize greeters (teachers, students, parents, etc.)
• Coordinate with committee to plan what they will do
• Hostess – bring to table
• Meeting with greeters prior to day of event
• Name tags for greeters, committee members, board members, superintendent, principals and vice-principals
• Recruit elementary children from choir to collect commitment cards and supervise night of event
• Purchase and decorate collection baskets

Marketing Phone Calls

• Coordinate reminder calls with room parents
• Class lists

Event Signage

• Marketing Signs
• Make signs, install for event to guide guests to the proper parking and dinner area
• Sign In signs
• Parking signs

Sign In Tables at Event

• Hang all event signs on day of event
• Take down all signs on day of event

Promotion Booths

• Flyers
• After School – everyday
• All school events
