The WCS Admission Process

List of 3 items.

  • How to Apply

Start your journey at Western Christian Schools with these five steps:

    • Tell us about yourself: Complete the enrollment application. Western Christian High School’s Application for Admission is available online at the following link: https://www.westernchristian.org/apply
    • Submit the required documentation: You can review the documents needed for admission on your student’s checklist on myWCS after your application is processed.
    • Take the placement test: Assessment exams will be given at Western Christian High School by scheduled appointment during a school day, or during scheduled Saturday testing days (in spring).
    • Schedule an Administrative Interview: A personal interview will be requested with the applicant and at least one parent with a Western Christian High School Administrator. Appointments will be scheduled after the application, other required documents have been reviewed, and testing has been completed.
    • Finalize your enrollment: Once you have completed the admissions process a tuition contract will be sent to your MyWCS.com account. Completion of the tuition contract and a non-refundable $50 tuition deposit will secure your child's enrollment at Western Christian Schools.
  • Tuition & Financial Aid

Western Christian Schools has one of the most robust needs-based tuition assistance program to assist families who demonstrate a financial need through our FACTS process. Our goal is that money will not stand in the way for qualified families.

  • Tips for Your Admissions Journey

As you apply to Western Christian, keep the following tips in mind:

    • Virtual campus tours are available and highly recommended! Schedule yours to get a glimpse into what could be your new school and home. This is a good time to ask any questions and get a sense of the community culture.
    • Do not let finances stand in the way of getting a quality education for your child. If finances are a concern, our tuition assistance program is designed to meet your needs.
