     Coach Thomas Fleming Bio:

Thomas Fleming was named Western Christian’s head football coach on May 25, 2018. Coach Fleming holds 15 years of coaching experience as a coach and trainer to athletes who have played at collegiate, high school and youth levels, most recently serving as head coach and Commissioner with the Upland Hurricanes Jr All American Youth Football Organization and Youth Director of Explosive Athletic Training Youth 7v7 Teams. Fleming’s first order of business was to establish the foundation for the future of the program. Fleming’s definition of what it means to play for Western Christian has excited many and his “LANCER MAN” model has provided the example of the type of young men he intends to develop within the football program. Leadership, Accountability, Nobility, Charitable, Earnest, and Relentless are the “LANCER MAN” qualities that Coach Fleming is instilling in the players and has developed a strong coaching staff to assist him in implementing these great characteristics.
The future looks bright for Western Christian as we move forward with Coach Fleming. Coach Fleming and his wife Robyn has three children, Nash, Jeremih and Ari.

I have been playing golf for over 30 plus years and have an extensive background in coaching and leading players in a multiple of sports. I continue to share the mental side of the game as the most important. This brings a completely new perspective for some, but ultimately leads to great success for the players. I have been trained by professional swing coaches and numerous golf professionals. Golf is a life long sport. One that can be played by anyone at almost any age. I enjoy being a golf coach because it allows me to show how great this game is and will be, not only for their years here in high school but all throughout their life.
